Small Jobs & Repairs
Faucet swaps, door adjustments, fixture installs, caulking, and quick fixes. Small jobs welcome — no big service minimums. Bundle several small jobs into one visit for the best value.
$100 first hour • $85/hr after that
Half-Day & Full-Day Projects
Drywall repairs with paint, shelving builds, deck board replacement, and multi-task days. A flat project rate is quoted after a quick look at the work — no clock-watching.
Flat rate — fixed before we start
Renovations
Bathroom refreshes, basement finishing, flooring, and kitchen updates. You receive a detailed written scope, materials estimate, and timeline before any work begins.
